We realize that there are many pageants that you could volunteer your time, expertise, and money to, so the fact that you’re interested is something that we take seriously. Pageant volunteers are the heartbeat of this pageant, as the volunteers are comprised of dedicated individuals who assist with every aspect of this competition. While viewers only see the pageant once per year, rest assured that behind the scenes preparation takes place year round.

It is imperative that all instructions are followed so that your information may be processed accordingly. We cannot process forms that are not complete. Please also be certain that you write neatly, as well. All original forms MUST be notarized or they will not be accepted. All completed forms, MUST be postmarked, no later than Saturday, September 1, 2012. Please forward to the attention of the Pageant's Director, Ms. Aiken
